OBMS Launch

OBMS is a secure, web-based application, to streamline and improve the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process. OBMS is designed to improve Information System Security Managers' ability to submit and track system security plans, produce reports and metrics, and automate the Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement (MOU/A) tracking Process.

In preparation for the upcoming release of the Defense Security Service (DSS) Office of the Designated Approving Authority (ODAA) Business Management System (OBMS), an NCAISS account has been automatically created for all current ISFD users. Not all ISFD Users will require access to OBMS. Please dis-regard the email notification if you do not require access to OBMS to support Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities.
