DoD Security Services (Call) Center

The DoD Security Services (Call) Center (DSS Call Center) assists customers with usage of DSS-managed industrial/personnel security-related systems/applications (NCAISS, ISFD, OBMS, STEPP). The Call Center also provides e-QIP user support (for Industry e-QIP initiated via JPAS) and responds to inquiries regarding personnel or facility security clearances. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 8:00PM EST. The Call Center is closed on weekends and all federal holidays.
