DoD Security Services (Call) Center
ALERT - CALL QUEUE/MENU OPTION CHANGES: Effective June 3, 2013, due to the upcoming transfer of JPAS, DCII and SWFT user support functions from the DoD Security Services (Call) Center to the DMDC Contact Center, menu option #1 below will be changed to "STEPP/ISFD/e-QIP Account Lockout or Password Reset". Additionally, menu options #3 and #7 below will be deleted. Users of JPAS, DCII and SWFT will be able to find DMDC Contact Center contact information at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/psawebdocs/. Thank you!
ALERT: Please do not send postal mail or fax traffic intended for former DISCO offices (DoD CAF Industry Division A and DSS Personnel Security Management Office - Industry) or other DSS offices to the DoD Security Services (Call) Center's mailing address or fax number. JPAS/ISFD/DCII/SWFT system access requests (SAR) comprise the only postal mail or fax traffic processed by the DoD Security Services (Call) Center. To avoid lengthy in-transit delays (or potential non-receipt), postal mail or fax traffic intended for receipt by the former DISCO offices, such as SF312 submissions, should be mailed to the appropriate former DISCO office at 600 10th Street, Fort Meade, MD, 20755 or faxed to (301) 833-3912. Thank you!
The DoD Security Services (Call) Center is the DoD focal point for assisting customers with usage of certain industrial/personnel security-related systems/applications (JPAS, ISFD, DCII, SWFT and STEPP). The Call Center also provides e-QIP user support including golden questions reset assistance (if e-QIP initiated via JPAS) and responds to inquiries regarding personnel or facility security clearances.
Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. The Call Center is closed on weekends and all federal holidays.
When calling (888) 282-7682, customers will hear the following menu options:
1 – JPAS/e-QIP/STEPP/ISFD/DCII/SWFT Account Lockout or Password Reset
2 – Personnel Security or Facility Clearance Inquiry
3 – JPAS
4 – e-QIP
5 – STEPP
6 – ISFD
7 – DCII or SWFT
8 – General Inquiry / Call Center Contact Information
NOTE: For technical issues/assistance relating to JPAS log-on via PIV/PKI certificates, please refer to DMDC's JPAS user support web pages (https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/psawebdocs/docPage.jsp?p=JPAS) or contact your organization's IT support office or ECA vendor. The Call Center cannot address JPAS PIV/PKI questions/inquiries. Thank you.
NOTE: The Call Center is only able to 'unlock/reset' JPAS accounts for users needing to register their individually-obtained PKI/PIV log-in certificates. The Call Center is not able or authorized to reset PKI/PIV certificate PINs/passwords - please contact your issuing agency/vendor for assistance with resetting PKI/PIV certificate PINs/passwords. Thank you.
