 NISPOM (February 2006)The NISPOM change was signed by the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence on February 28, 2006. Washington Headquarters Services has now approved general distribution. Contractors have six months to implement the changes in this reissued NISPOM, but may begin implementation immediately.
